To make this syrup I used a good amount of fresh ginger (carefully simmered in water for quite some time) with lemon peel to give it a nice kick, along with a cultured ginger mixture to create a naturally fermented and fizzy ginger ale. The natural fermentation provides the drink with the benefits of enzymes and probiotics that help boost health.
This homemade Ginger Ale has no fat or cholesterol and is loaded with calcium, iron, copper, and magnesium. Moreover, it comes with the benefit of fresh ginger, which has been used in several traditional medicines for ages. Directions for use:
Shake the bottle well before use. Add 30ml concentrate to 200ml glass of chilled water or soda, stir it well and top it with ice.
